ABOUT US . . .

Babycapes were created out of necessity by two West Virginia moms--Elizabeth Hostler and Suzi Crowder--who struggled daily trying to get their active baby girls into car seats with bulky winter coats.

In addition to being an inventor, Elizabeth is a Certified Master Dog Trainer and owner of The Greensburg Bed and Biscuit. She and her husband, John, live in Martinsburg, WV, with their two children, Johnny and Andy.

Suzi Crowder left her career as a Public Information Officer for a municipal government to move to the country with her husband, Steve, and raise their three children-Sophie, Max and Carly. Suzi also owns Suzi Homemaker, a custom embroidery and sewing business and online gift boutique.
